All bags are pre-owned and acquired in used / vintage condition. RETURN POLICY: At By MADE LLC; ALL SALES ARE FINAL-most items are on consignment. When an item is sold, the consignor receives payment and no refunds can be provided.
In case of extenuating circumstances resulting in an order cancellation, a 15% restocking fee must be settled prior to a refund. All items are in PRELOVED and/or VINTAGE condition. It is recommended to examine photos and item descriptions before making a purchase.
