How It Works:

Submit Your Inventory Fill out the Inventory Form and it will email it to bymadellc@gmail.com with detailed information about your items, including any flaws, to ensure an accurate quote and avoid items being returned at your cost.
Note:Â Please Include any receipts or COA of Items.

Submit Images Take clear images of your items in natural lighting, including shots of the top, bottom, sides, and interior. While we will take professional photos, these initial images will help us create a catalog for cross-referencing.

Shipping Your Items

We cover the cost of one box for shipping, insured with signature required.

Once your items are delivered, they will be reviewed, and a confirmation email will be sent within 72 hours.

Approval Process All items must meet our quality standards to maintain our brand reputation. Approved items will be listed in the next live show or event that best suits them.

Consignment Fees:

15% for items over $5,000

20% for items over $4,000

30% for items over $1,000

35% for items under $999

Note: Our fees are among the lowest in the market, and we cover all packaging, shipping, insurance, and signature-required costs.

Payouts: Payment will be issued once the sale is finalized and funds are received. You will be paid via PayPal (Family/Friends) or Zelle.
Payout Form must be completed and submitted to ensure timely payment.

Recalls and Fees:

Recalled items incur a 10% fee of the item's value due to the marketing, advertising, and preparation invested.
